Check-in between 4 PM and 8 PM – late check in possible if agreed on in advance: +40 EUR
Optional heated swimming pool: 110 EUR/week (to confirm at booking due to pre-heating)
At the end of the stay a mandatory cleaning is charged: 165 EUR /stay
Optional rent of linen and towels: 40 EUR/person
Bookings for longer then 14 days require a mandatory extra bed linnen and towel service
Warranty deposit (at arrival): 300 EUR/stay
